Here are some questions we’ve been asked recently:

Q)    How does customizing an item work?

A)    Good question. We can customize most of our items for a one of a kind item or for something everyone on a team can buy, even further personalized with a name, perhaps. The way it works is, depending on the item, you submit either an image, a name or names, or both, via email. We’re working on a way to submit through the website but that’s still in development. When you order the item you also order the art fee. That covers the cost of getting the image into a form that is usable with our software.

Q)     Where does the artwork you use come from?

A)     We work with local artists who create original triathlete themed art for us in different media such as photography, oil paintings, charcoal drawings, etc. We thought using fine artists, instead of graphic artists, would give us a variety of unique, cool pieces of art to display on our products.
